The Durfo Academy presents a training on the drying process of fruits, vegetables and medicinal herbs. The course deals in a general way with the drying techniques of fruits, vegetables and medicinal herbs. It is aimed primarily at operators who do not yet have experience in this production. The course covers the theoretical and practical aspects of drying, unit operations, control parameters, specific hygiene and food safety aspects, legislation and labelling.
