The Sagra della Ciuiga takes place this year on 3/4/5 November in the streets of the village of San Lorenzo Dorsino. La Ciuiga is a smoked sausage that is now highly appreciated and sought after by the hundreds of guests who arrive every year to immerse themselves in the unique atmosphere of the streets of the Borgo, among flavours, tastings and truly sensations of a forgotten time. The entrance halls, the stone houses, the arcades, the traditions of this village make this experience unique. Definitely worth the trip!
