The most important, characteristic and heartfelt festival by the inhabitants of Vieste.it takes place between the town and the rural church named after her, Church of Santa Maria di Merino, located less than 1 km. Away. From Tenuta Montincello. The 7 km procession is characteristic. Which takes place on May 9 th and which runs along the sea from Vieste to the Scialmarino beach (Spiaggialunga) and which passes over Montincello before arriving at the Church.
