"What is art? It is a question that often confuses us, at first glance it makes us unstable, almost insecure: the classical references no longer take on the values transmitted through study, the work and its creation have taken on a beyond the conceptual, widening the limits within which one identifies in a futuristic dynamic to be pursued that is almost chaotic and therefore unstable. The image, the perspective, the study of color, the graphic/pictorial talent, which proposed the artist's work within his entire existence as a moral conduct and led him to identify with it, seems to have disappeared. In fact, what value can be added today, in producing fragments of ideas that change in an increasingly dynamic vortex with which we often intend to underline aspects of a simply fragmented nature? " The collective exhibition "Opera - non opera" will be on display from 4 May to 3 June 2024 in Brescello (RE) at the Don Camillo e Peppone Foundation Exhibition Room (Via Cavallotti 24). Visiting hours: every day 10.00-12.30 / 14.30-18.00.OPENING: Saturday 4 May from 4.00 pm. Free Entrance. The "Opera - non opera" event is organized by the cultural association Kunst Grenzen - Arte di frontier aps (TN, IT-38030 Rovere della Luna), with the patronage of the Municipality of Brescello, in collaboration with Fondazione Paese di Don Camillo and Peppone, with the contribution of Sabar SpA (environmental protection organisation).
