THE 3RD CREMONA ART BIENNIAL AT THE EX FILANDA IN SONCINO: A MEETING OF CONTEMPORARY LANGUAGES AND ARTISTIC RESEARCH Now in its third edition, the Cremona Art Biennial renews its commitment to promoting and enhancing contemporary art through an exhibition dedicated to the dialogue between diverse artistic languages and creative research practices. Hosted in the historic spaces of the Ex Filanda in Soncino (Cremona), the exhibition will bring together artists from different regions of Italy, offering visitors a broad overview of the many expressions of contemporary art. Figurative painting, abstraction, Informal art, photography, and graphic arts will coexist within an exhibition path characterized by diverse sensibilities, techniques, and visions. The Biennial aims to provide an opportunity for artists, cultural professionals, collectors, and art enthusiasts to meet and exchange ideas, fostering dialogue among different creative experiences while encouraging reflection on contemporary issues and perspectives. The choice of the Ex Filanda in Soncino, a venue rich in history and architectural charm, further enhances the exhibition project by creating a direct relationship between the cultural heritage of the territory and current artistic research. Alongside the curator, Professor Antonio Castellana, the event will feature the participation of art critic Giada Eva Elisa Tarantino and Professor Alfonso Restivo, who will serve as President of the Biennial Jury. The program will also be enriched by a musical performance by violinist Alessandro Puzankov. The exhibition will be accompanied by a dedicated catalogue featuring the participating artists, as well as certificates of participation. The event will also receive media coverage from Tele Cremona and Canale Italia. The Cremona Art Biennial thus confirms its role as an important opportunity for visibility and exchange among participating artists, while offering the public the chance to discover a variety of artistic paths and expressive languages within the contemporary art scene.
