Galleria Vik Milano presents Evergreen, a solo exhibition by GGT (Gigi Tarantola), curated by Alessandro Riva. Through a new body of works, the artist develops an ironic and immediate reflection on the relationship between humans and nature, combining pop imagery, environmental awareness and reflections on climate change. His distinctive shadow-characters inhabit essential scenarios built with primary colours and bold lines, creating images that are both accessible and layered with meaning. An independent artist and outsider to the more institutional dynamics of the art system, GGT has developed over the years an iconic visual language based on formal synthesis, communicative immediacy and a subtle ethical tension.
