35th TRIATHLON LAGO DI CALDARO

With the arrival of spring and milder and more pleasant temperatures, every year numerous athletes, not only from Italy but also from abroad, gather at Lake Kaltern for the renowned Lake Kaltern Triathlon, which this year reaches its 35th edition. Situated along the Wine Road and surrounded by vineyards and orchards, Caldaro is a perfect setting for a multi-discipline race such as the triathlon, which always manages to enthuse and amaze not only the athletes, but also all those who watch the event as spectators. The appointment is on Saturday, 4 May for professionals and amateurs in the female and male categories of Élite, U23,Junior, Senior and Master, who want to compete in a triathlon over Olympic distances: starting with a 1.5 km swim, followed by a 40 km bike ride and a 10 km final run. The Caldaro Sports Association 'Triathlon Section' and the Tourist Association are already at work to enable participants and spectators to enjoy a day full of sporting excitement.
