Flower's Casole 2024

Sole fioreta 2024 Like every year, Casole d'Elsa celebrates spring with Casole fioreta, the event that the Pro-Loco has organized for 11 years in collaboration with the Municipality and which attracts many people from all over Tuscany. The event will take place on May 18th and 19th with a small preview on Friday 17th, when the Arte a Casole exhibition will open with the works created by the artists who live in our municipality. Casole d'Elsa has always been chosen by many "creatives" as a refuge to better express their abilities. The artists will welcome visitors during the days of the festival with a finissage scheduled for Sunday at 6: 00 pm. There will be no shortage of events for children, always present in the events organized by the Pro-Loco, and cultural and tourist ones. Obviously the most important part of the event is the market exhibition which will open on Saturday at 2.00 pm and on Sunday from 9.00 am; the stands will remain open until the evening. Flowers and plants, themed crafts and typical products from all over Tuscany and in the cloister of the collegiate church an exhibition organized by Siena Bonsai. Program of the event: Friday 17 From 5.00 pm - ART IN CASOLE D'ELSA, exhibition of local artists, “Stefano Grassini” conference center. Saturday 18 From 2.00 pm - Exhibition of flower markets, crafts and typical products throughout the historic centre. At 4.00 pm - LET'S FILL THE WORLD WITH FLOWERS, artistic workshop for children with Anna Morandi. In via San Niccolò the painter from Casolo will guide the children in the creation of a large flowered floor. 5.00 pm - BORN TO READ, readings for children with volunteers from Valdelsa. At 6.00 pm Meeting with Riccardo Parenti and presentation of his book NEVER GIVE UP, the Tuscan author talks about his life. Sunday 19th From 9: 00 am - Exhibition of flower markets, crafts and typical products throughout the historic centre At 10: 00 am – BAGNO DI BOSCO, a forest bath around Casole, is an invitation to immerse yourself in nature in all its dimensions and nuances. For three hours, the exercises will activate the 5 senses, breathing and awareness to bring relaxation and psycho-physical well-being. From 4.00 pm – Entertainment in the square for children with LA SCOSSA. At 6.00 pm – FINISSAGE ARTE IN CASOLE D'ELSA, the artists resident in our municipality who are exhibiting at the exhibition will be present.
